Print it, keep it next to the box, and check off each completed study day. You don’t need to memorize anything: the calendar tells you which compartments to review.
For readers coming from the book
This is the Appendix B calendar from Mastering the Leitner System, in a printable version.
We count study days, not calendar days. If you skip a day, that’s fine: the next day you study is the next number on the list.

* Compartments to review on each day. Compartment 1 is the starting compartment.
After day 32, start again from day 1. If you use the archive, review it after each complete cycle of the calendar, that is, on days 32, 64, 96, and so on.
